S. Houston Payne, Jr., M.D.
Dr. Payne completed his internship and orthopaedic residency at the Medical College of Georgia.
He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed a hand and microsurgery fellowship at the Raymond Curtis Hand Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Payne is Board certified in orthopaedic surgery and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics and Plastic Surgery at Emory University. Dr. Payne is an official team physician for the Atlanta Thrashers.
