From the front desk at 8am, the lady at billing room, to nurses and tech x-ray, I was very well helped and treated. They’re awesome!
Only one red flag for this facility: The front desk, after 11 am or 11:30 am, after I returned from the 4th floor, she was very rude. She was on the left side of the balcony, she asked me the same question several times (if I had been in this office). Even with me answering her “yes”, several times, she kept asking, in a very rude manners. She didn’t let me talk or explain why I was back. She gave me wrong information, contrary of others inside, told me. She was very impatient and there was no situation for her to be so impatient. No smile, she was giving rude commands.
When I saw another person that has a headset, ( I am sorry I don’t recall the names), she was coming from the stairs and she talked to me, the girl over the counter started to scream on us! She definitely doesn’t want to help, and she doesn’t want no one else to help nor talk to me either! The employee with headset look for the girl screaming and ignored her, and kept talking to
me, because that front desk totally make no sense. She doesn’t want the girl on headset to talk to me!! No polite, no respect, no manners. She disappointed me because all other employees treated me in such respect and smile, very helpful, when you’re in pain, and I had a very nice experience all others employees.
This person was not tall, skinny, on the left side of the balcony from outside, after 11am.
I arrived at this fact at 8:00am, so she was not there before. At 8am you had was another very nice person.
At 11am, or 11:30am, All others patients could hear her screaming on me. Embarrassing. I was feeling ashamed for her.
Your facility still deserves 5 for all the others employees and doctor, that did an excellent job and cause a positive impact on me, including the 4th floor facility.
Not the last girl. And I returned to your office just to give copy of MRI from Northside.
I think this girl needs a serious trainee on customer service.
Thank you for heard me.
