In response to recent recommendations that apply to the Coronavirus outbreak, for your upcoming appointment, please choose one of the following options:
Telehealth Visit
We are limiting in-office visits to the practice and offering Telehealth Visits. Through an audio and/or video platform, you will have the opportunity to visit with your doctor much as you would during an in-person visit. It would be performed on your regularly scheduled appointment day.
- This visit would be billed according to the provisions of your health insurance plan.
- Please contact the office if you would like to proceed with a Telehealth Visit.
OTHER APPOINTMENTS
Reschedule
You may reschedule your appointment for 2-4 weeks from now by calling 404-352-3522.
We will re-evaluate the situation prior to your rescheduled appointment to determine our ability to offer in-office visits and contact you if this appointment needs to be modified.
Urgent/Emergent
Our doctors will continue to provide in-office consultations to those with necessary, urgent/emergent need. Please contact our office if you need an in-office consultation.
