Andy L. Chang, MD

Andy L. Chang, MD, with Georgia Hand, Shoulder & Elbow, welcomes all patients at the Atlanta, Marietta and Georgia offices seeking treatment for the hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, and shoulder. Dr. Chang is dedicated to helping patients return to their work, activities, and hobbies. He has particular interest in treating trauma of the upper extremity, including bone, nerve, and tendon injuries, and performs arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgeries of the wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

Dr. Chang is an Atlanta native and received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech with highest honors and continued his medical education in Georgia, before moving to New York City to complete his medical training:

• Medical School: Medical College of Georgia – AOA Medical Honors Society Inductee
• Orthopaedic Surgery Residency: Mount Sinai Hospital and St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospitals in New York City, where he was elected as administrative chief resident in his final year of training
• Hand and upper extremity fellowship: New York University (NYU) Langone Medical Center
